"This report summarizes the work conducted for the USAID Environmental Education and Communication contract under the leadership of the Academy for Educational Development. That contract, better known as GreenCOM, provided a wide variety of services to USAID. In seven and one-half years, GreenCOM employed a diverse group of experts in examining how environmental education and communication (EE&C) could be used to address the knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors behind many environmental problems.
