First, there was an evaluation of the damage to Haiti’s networks and infrastructure after the 2021 earthquake, along with the restoration of telecommunication services. Second, the assessment focused on Haiti’s country-level resilience, encompassing network/Internet Service Provider (ISP) resilience, critical infrastructure resilience, market resilience, as well as the resilience of operators across various sectors. Third, there was an evaluation of the preparedness of emergency telecommunications in Haiti.
