"This paper reviews the rural radio environment in African, Caribbean and Pacific (ACP) countries. It outlines CTA products and services that are geared towards strengthening CTA rural radio activities in these countries. The paper comprises of sections on Rural Radio Resource Packs (RRRP), and Training in Rural Radio in terms of broadcasting, audience analysis and training of the trainers.
