"The report documents the status of response-wide Communication, Community Engagement and Accountability towards Affected Populations (CCEA) in Colombia and provides recommendations for a strengthened and more inclusive response. The report explores the operating environment, what works well and what improvements and efficiencies can be made across responses for the common good in the context of CCEA. It promotes the creation of synergies between the various coordination efforts and supports existing collective platforms and related cluster coordination functions. It further seeks to support the development and integration of a common services approach to AAP, communication and engagement with communities across coordination efforts, and helps response actors understand immediate needs, gaps and opportunities in CCEA."
